Lee Patterson joined the Trinity Terrace family in 2007 after a 10-year career as a franchise owner/operator. After receiving his bachelor of business administration from the University of North Texas with a double major in entrepreneurship and strategic management, he returned to school to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2006. Upon completing the PRS Management Administer in Training program, he advanced to the position of executive director. He loves this position and credits the community’s success to the wonderful staff around him. A member of Downtown Rotary of Fort Worth, Mr. Patterson also serves on the board of directors for Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.
Health Services Administrator
David Henton graduated from TCU in 2001 with a degree in communications and a minor in business. His career choice was film, but five years in he had a change of heart. While volunteering at a nursing home he got the idea to become an administrator. He has now had a long and interesting career in healthcare administration. He joined Trinity Terrace in June of 2017 as director of health services, where he takes pride in being open to staff and resident feedback and developing valuable systems to manage day-to-day operations. He and his team strive to continually enhance all healthcare programs to implement systems that better resident outcomes, enforce company policy, and build census.
Trinity Terrace Board Chair
Doug Wilson is market president at Frost Bank for Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. In this position he oversees the commercial lending and commercial real estate lending activities of his region. He began his banking career in 1982, starting as a management trainee and quickly rising through the ranks. He has held his current position since 2006. Today he uses his considerable banking experience to deliver responsive, relationship-oriented credit services tailored to meet the diverse business needs of Frost customers and prospects in the Fort Worth area. Mr. Wilson serves as chairman of the board for Trinity Terrace in addition to serving on several other boards, including that of Pacific Retirement Services.
