How we're responding to Covid-19
Rogue Valley Manor thanks everyone for their patience as we continue to follow local and state protocols with regard to reopening. With Jackson County approved for Phase 2 reopening as of June 4, Rogue Valley Manor is excited to begin Step 2 of reopening independent living areas of our campus on Friday, June 12. The following guidance pertains to visitors and service providers to our campus.
Visitation hours are from 8 am – 8 pm, seven days a week.
Visitors and “non-essential” service providers (financial advisors, delivery, care staff, etc.) may now return to campus in accordance with the following:
- They may not show signs or symptoms of respiratory illness.
- They may not have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- They will be expected to provide their own mask and wear it at all times while on campus.
- They are expected to follow the 6’ social-distancing guidance.
Visitors to high-rise residences no longer need a reservation, but must check in at the main Manor entry to be logged and screened. There are reserved visitor parking spaces near the flagpole to provide ease of access to the screening station. Cottage and house residents will continue to screen and log their visitors, or, if they prefer, may have visitors check in through the same process as high-rise visitors.
Additionally, the Sales & Marketing team will once again welcome prospective residents to campus, following all of the above guidelines.

Thank you for respecting these guidelines as you visit Rogue Valley Manor. The health and safety of our residents and staff remains our top priority as we continue to open areas of our campus.
