in Medford, Oregon—PRS leverages its well-established team of professionals, programs and systems to support the success of other retirement communities.

New Management Contract with Moldaw Residences
, Palo Alto, California, which is owned by a previous client of PRS: Jewish Senior Living Group. PRS will perform on-site management and provide support in all areas of operation.
Development Contract with Holladay Park Plaza
, Portland, Oregon, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and PRS affiliate. PRS was contracted to develop and is now finishing construction on a new six-story residential building, Holladay Place
. Slated to open in September 2014, it will add 19 new apartments, a lobby and additional parking.
Development Contract with Trinity Terrace
, Fort Worth, Texas, a CCRC and PRS affiliate. PRS is currently developing the River Tower
, a new residential high-rise at Trinity Terrace. This 23-story addition will add more than 100 new apartments and healthcare beds to Trinity Terrace. Construction will start in late 2014.
Development Contract with Cascade Manor
, Eugene, Oregon, a CCRC and PRS affiliate. PRS is currently developing 29th Place
, a new residential building at Cascade Manor. This addition will add 30 new apartments and a new dining option for Cascade Manor. Construction will start in summer 2014.
Development Contract with The Meadows of Napa Valley
, Napa, California, a CCRC and a management client of PRS. PRS is in the planning stages to develop a new residential building and an Aquatic and Wellness Center. This project will add 53 new apartments and new dining facilities to the Meadows. Construction is planned for spring 2015.
