PRS Dining Services Conference 2016
PRS's 2016 Dining Conference, held in San Diego was a huge success. Dining services directors from all of our affiliated communities gathered to discuss quality initiatives, innovations, and how to maintain excellence in dining services. Some highlights from the 3-day conference were:
  • Top chef cooking competition, with guest judge Brian McLemore, President and CEO of PRS
  • Skills review at the Culinary Institute
  • Innovation roundtable where participants shared their ideas for the future of dining in PRS communities
