Travis Duncan grew up in the Spokane area and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in business administration, emphasis in operations management. He worked at Capital Planning and Development for WSU before coming to the Seattle area to do similar work for Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. He started his career with Mirabella in 2012 as the facilities director, later moving into the role of Assistant Executive Director and, in 2018, took over as Executive Director. As Executive Director, Mr. Duncan oversees daily operations as well as long-term strategic planning for the community.
Laura Yusim began her career in long-term care in 2009 as an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) with PRS. During her time as an AIT, she worked with many of the PRS-managed healthcare facilities to implement new programs and initiatives. In 2011 she provided interim administrator coverage to Mirabella Seattle and later served as the assistant health services director. In 2016 she became the healthcare administrator, overseeing the operations of Mirabella’s Skilled Nursing Center. Laura holds an MS in applied psychology from Southern Oregon University.
Stan Schill grew up in Los Angeles and attended UCLA and USC. He has an extensive background in the financial services field and is currently the president of S. R. Schill & Associates. Stan has served as president or chairman of the Seattle Bond Club, Washington State Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning, and the Securities Industry Association. For many years, his financial commentaries were broadcast on Seattle radio station KIRO-AM, where he became known as “The Financial Advisor.”
