How Our Fee Structure Works

Mirabella Portland has carefully structured its fees so residents receive the most value for their money. Here is a step-by-step description of how the fee structure for a Continuing Care Agreement works:

Start your journey with Mirabella Portland by joining the wait list. This gives you priority access to apartments as they come available, while gaining an in-depth understanding of life at Mirabella. To join the wait list, you will be asked to make a $1,000 fully-refundable deposit, which includes access to exclusive events and community perks.

Once you’ve selected a residence, you will be asked to make a $10,000 deposit toward your entrance fee. The remaining entrance fee balance is due at the time of move-in.

The entrance fee is a one-time payment when you become a resident at Mirabella Portland. Most of the entrance fees we offer are 85% refundable.

The amount depends on the residence and any special features, such as larger square footage, corner orientation, building location, views available or inclusion of a den.

This amount depends on the size and style of residence you choose and whether you live there alone. As you move through the continuum of care, your monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.

The following services and amenities are included with your monthly fee:

Dining & Hospitality

  • Flexible dining points, available for use at any of our four onsite dining venues
  • Bi-weekly housekeeping services

  • Award-winning outdoor terrace, 25th-floor Skyview room with pool table and outdoor space

Entrance fees range are $1 million+
Monthly fees range from $6,887 to $7,099

Second-person monthly fee is $1,406

Financial Benefits of the Continuing Care Agreement

Through the provisions in your Continuing Care Agreement, the entrance fee and monthly fee function together to help you save money on healthcare services over time.
