How we're responding to the COVID-19 pandemic
Mirabella at ASU is committed to protecting the health and well-being of our residents and staff from COVID-19, while also providing the services, amenities and lifestyle that make our community so exceptional. As we welcome our Founding Members into their new homes, the following protocols will be in place to ensure their peace of mind:
Health & Safety
Masks will be worn at all times by all staff members, and by residents when outside their home.
Social distancing of six feet will be observed, with limited capacity enforced in common areas.
Common areas and high-touch surfaces cleaned and sanitized regularly.
The Care & Comfort of Our Residents
Maintaining our residents’ wellness, social connection and quality of life remains our top priority, so fitness classes, resident interest groups, and other social activities will be held virtually. Additionally, outdoor activities are encouraged, including walking and exploring areas on- and off-campus in a safe manner.
Meal delivery service is in place, allowing residents to enjoy the full breadth of options available to them in the comfort of their homes.
Housekeeping services remain flexible, allowing residents to use them based on their comfort level.
Testing & Vaccinating
The availability of COVID-19 testing is critical to stopping the spread of the virus, and we are proud to have a state-of-the-art program available in coordination with Arizona State University. Residents can be tested as needed on-site at Mirabella, eliminating the need to visit a clinic or other outside facility for a test.
As the rollout of vaccines continue, Mirabella at ASU will be in constant communication with local health authorities to ensure timely delivery of vaccines for our residents who wish to get one.
