Tim Conroy joined PRS in 2008, where he was enrolled in the PRS Management Training Program. This hands-on program exposed him to all aspects of the company and prepared him for his next roles at PRS. He moved to Madison in 2009 to work as healthcare administrator at Capitol Lakes and later advanced to the position of executive director, where he oversees the entire operation of Capitol Lakes. Mr. Conroy earned a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University and a master in business administration from Southern Oregon University. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Wisconsin and Oregon and serves on the State of Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator Examining Board. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Madison, the LeadingAge Wisconsin CEO Network, Junior Achievement, Downtown Madison, Inc., and the Madison Club. He lives with his wife and four kids in Madison.
Kristi Vater joined PRS as Capitol Lakes’ healthcare administrator in September 2011, and she joined the Capitol Lakes Foundation Board of Directors in fall 2013. Prior to this, she served as the administrator of various skilled nursing facilities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She earned a bachelor of science degree in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a master of long-term care administration from the University of Southern California. Ms. Vater has been a licensed Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator since 2002. She is an avid runner and enjoys traveling the world.
