Susan Platte joined Holladay Park Plaza as executive director in 2016, after seven years serving as the health center administrator for PRS-managed Saratoga Retirement Community in California. Before that, she spent several years with Classic Residence by Hyatt, now known as Vi. Susan has a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from Arizona State University and an MBA in healthcare management from the University of Phoenix. She’s been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2008.
Health Services Administrator
Jeff Herinckx began his career with PRS in 2011 as an Administrator in Training (AIT) at Holladay Park Plaza. After completing the program he immediately transitioned into the role of healthcare administrator. He has served at that capacity for over 5 years. In this position he oversees all aspects of healthcare within Holladay Park Plaza. This includes the skilled nursing facility, residential care facility, and in-home care department. Jeff’s previous employers include the United States Senate, United States Speaker of the House of Representatives, the United States Department of Commerce, and Country Financial. He has a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Oregon and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Oregon. Jeff is also the HIPAA Privacy Officer for Holladay Park Plaza.
HPP Board Member
John Hubbard began his professional life with a 30-year career with John Deere, during which he earned the National Association of Credit Management’s Executive Award and an MBA from Saint Ambrose University. After retiring from Deere, he was ordained as a minister of Word and Sacrament by the Presbyterian Church, was board certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains, and received his doctor of ministry degree. While working at Providence Portland Medical Center as a chaplain, he served on their board of directors and is currently on the finance committee. He is now the pastor of Calvary Presbyterian Church.
