Alika Castillo has worked for PRS in the senior living industry since 2005. He strives to provide the highest quality care to residents of URC. He first joined URC as the director of human resources and was later selected to participate in PRS’s Administrator-in-Training program, earning him a position as URC’s health services administrator. He became executive director in 2015. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration, is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator, and is certified as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator in the State of California.
Maria Burton has spent more than 16 years in the field of healthcare in Northern California. She first earned her BS in accounting and finance in the Philippines before moving to Davis in 2000. She started her career as medical records director for Sierra Health while continuing her nursing education at Woodland Community College. Prior to joining URC, Maria worked as nursing home administrator for St. John’s Retirement Village, a nonprofit multifacility in Woodland for ten years. Maria joined URC in July 2015 and is looking forward to its continued success.
