Nearly 40 charter members for Trinity Terrace’s planned 23-story River Tower gathered today to meet each other and learn more about their exceptional future home.
“Demand for residences in Fort Worth keeps growing,” said Lee Patterson, executive director for Trinity Terrace, “and Trinity Terrace has earned a strong reputation for excellence and authentic living. We haven’t even broken ground, but the new tower is filling up quickly.”
Each charter member was gifted a customized Apple® iPad, which will help them stay up-to-date on construction milestones and connected with the Trinity Terrace team.
River Tower will include 79 new residences ranging from brownstone-style ground-floor homes to apartments with a range of floor plans and penthouse-style residences on the top six floors. The tower will include a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care. It will connect to the existing Trinity Terrace tower on several levels and will include a dining room to serve residents in both towers.
