Think of our on-campus Fitness Center as your own private health club. It offers the latest and greatest in fitness equipment of all types:

    • Strength training equipment specially designed for seniors
    • Seated elliptical training machines
    • Treadmills with built-in TVs
    • Handheld free weights
    • Stability balls and other balance enhancers
    • Exercise mats and resistance bands

You can even schedule private training sessions with our Personal Trainer, who will instruct you on how to use all of the equipment properly and create an exercise program that is customized for your unique needs.
