What really sets Trinity Terrace apart is our Continuing Care program. It has been carefully designed to offer the type of services that help you maintain—and even enhance—your well-being. Each day you’ll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities that strengthen your body and stimulate your mind. You’ll find everything from free wellness clinics and diet-and-nutrition seminars, to lectures presented by local health specialists, several types of exercise classes, and facilities that will inspire you to get fit—all designed to help you stay as vital and vigorous as you can possibly be.

But the real beauty of our program is peace of mind: you’ll know that if your health care needs change over time, the services and support you may need are available right on campus. You’ll rest assured knowing that you’ve planned well for your future and that you’ll never have to be a burden to your family.

Extended Living
Our Extended Living program is perfect for residents who find they need a little assistance with the activities of daily living. Services include housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with medications, and assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming). Residents in Extended Living also have access to planned social and recreational activities and scheduled transportation.

Skilled Nursing Care
Our on-site Health Care Center offers compassionate skilled nursing care in a warm, comfortable environment. Guided by physician's orders, the Center’s staff develops a plan of care tailored to individual needs, and regularly schedules conferences with family members to ensure that the resident's physical, spiritual, and emotional needs are addressed. The Health Care Center offers also access to specialized services such as physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech/language therapy; the use of health-related equipment; and a varied and interesting activity program. The Center is Medicare Certified.

When you are covered by the Continuing Care agreement, and require temporary care in the Health Care Center, there is no additional monthly fee for this care. The only additional charges for temporary stays in Trinity Terrace's Health Care Center are for extra meals, medical supplies, doctor's fees, and pharmaceuticals. If permanent nursing care is needed, CCRC residents are provided a second benefit: a special discounted fee that is below current market rates. The discounted fee reflects additional savings for residents.
