Continuing Care
As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Trinity Terrace offers several levels of health care services and programs on one campus. All of these programs and services work together to help residents maintain and enhance their well-being now, and into the future.
Our Continuum of Care includes:
- Independent Living – a vibrant lifestyle for residents who do not need any type of assistance.
- Health and Wellness Programs – all residents have access to a variety of activities and programs that strengthen the body, stimulate the mind, and improve overall wellness.
- Extended Living – for residents who need help with the activities of daily living.
- Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – temporary and long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitative services are provided in our Medicare-certified Health and Rehabilitation Center. These services include:
- 24-hour skilled nursing care
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech and language therapy
- Respiratory therapy
Our health care services are offered two ways:
- As part of Trinity Terrace’s CCRC Entrance Fee program. Residents who move to Trinity Terrace through this program receive many incredible benefits:
- Residents who are covered by the Continuing Care agreement pay no additional Monthly Fee for temporary care in the Health and Rehabilitation Center. The only additional charges for temporary stays in our Health and Rehabilitation Center are for extra meals, medical supplies, doctor's fees, and pharmaceuticals.
- If permanent nursing care is needed, CCRC residents are provided a second benefit: a special discounted fee that is below current market rates. The discounted fee reflects additional savings for residents.
- Residents of our CCRC program also have the security of knowing that they will receive Extended Living services or nursing services in our Health and Rehabilitation Center, even if they outlive their financial resources.
