Trinity Terrace is a vibrant, exciting place where people come to live and really enjoy life. It’s a place filled with the vitality and energy of residents who are actively engaged in the world around them. A place where neighbors become friends, and friends become family. We are the only accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Fort Worth. Trinity Terrace has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. Its origins can be traced back to 1897, when the Cumberland Rest (sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church) was organized to provide housing and care for older adults in the community. Over the next several decades, the Cumberland Rest moved locations several times and grew in both size and scope. In 1975 an Expansion Board was appointed to prepare for the next century, and in 1983 Trinity Terrace—as you see it today—was built.

Our campus, ideally situated in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, offers spacious, comfortable apartments in a variety of floor plans. The Terrace Tower offers charming studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which provide beautiful views of the cityscape. The brand-new City Tower, which is now under construction, offers two-bedroom styles, two-bedroom-plus-den styles, and a limited number of Penthouse apartments.

As a CCRC, Trinity Terrace offers Independent Living, Extended Living, and a Health Care Center that provides skilled nursing care. Trinity Terrace is unique in that it offers residents a special health care benefit: all residents receive unlimited temporary stays in the Health Care Center with no increase in their Monthly Accommodation Fees.

Trinity Terrace’s parent company is Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), located in Medford, Oregon. PRS is a non-profit corporation that creates, develops, and manages non-profit retirement communities, affordable housing centers, charitable foundations, and a variety of community service groups throughout the United States. Its mission is to provide leadership for its subsidiary organizations and to create and enhance lifestyle opportunitieSs for seniors in all income brackets.
