Cottage and Apartment Living
Our Cottage and Apartment Living accommodations set the standard for distinctive retirement living. Apartments are available in various styles ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. All accommodations feature complete kitchens or kitchenettes, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, emergency alert systems, and fire safety systems. No matter which floor plan you choose, you'll find large windows to let in the natural light and plenty of space for your treasured possessions.

As one of the finest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the nation, the Manor offers services, programs, and facilities that are second to none. Right here on campus you'll find two fitness centers, a golf course, an indoor pool and spa, an art studio, craft room, amateur ham radio station, game and billiards room, wine tasting room, in-house TV studio, hobby shop for woodworking and lapidary, and much more. In addition, the Manor offers a variety of service conveniences, including two banks, a travel agency, a CPA firm, financial planners, a beauty/barber shop, a pharmacy, and a clothing boutique. But the most important thing you'll find here on campus is our comprehensive continuum of health care that includes wellness programs, a variety of support services, and four levels of care—all of which enable you to maintain, or enhance, your well-being.

Residential Living
Our Residential Living program is designed to help residents maintain independence by offering them assistance with the activities of daily living. Caregivers are available to help with activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility. Residential Living services include three meals a day, housekeeping twice monthly, local transportation, laundry services, health and wellness programs, medication supervision, and social and recreational activities.

Skilled Nursing Care
The Manor's on-campus Health Care Center provides compassionate skilled nursing care for individuals who are temporarily or permanently unable to live without assistance. Residents of the Health Care Center are provided with accommodations, skilled nursing care as needed, a full activities program, and three meals a day plus snacks. Residents also have access to specialized services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory services, and use of other health-related equipment. The Center is Medicare Certified and federally and state licensed.

Special Care
As part of the Manor's remarkable continuum of care, the Special Care Center offers a setting where residents with Alzheimer's and other memory-impairing conditions can live in comfort and security. The Center's unique design promotes a relaxed atmosphere, much like that within a private home. The large Family Room, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a big-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and bookshelves filled with charming decorative accents, provides a comfortable place to socialize with other residents or visit with family members. The beautiful Dining Room features large windows offering stunning views of the Rogue Valley. The secure outdoor courtyard, with a walking path, fountain, birdbath, and gazebo, enables residents to enjoy the outdoors on their own timetable. The Special Care Center offers both private and semiprivate rooms that feature built-in armoires for personal belongings, vanity areas, and emergency call systems.
