Lake Village Cottages
Our spectacular Lake Village Cottages —23 in all—are the largest Cottages ever offered on the Manor campus! These Cottages-which are situated around a lovely water feature on our campus. They range in size from 1,845 sq. ft. to 2,186 sq. ft. and are available in two- and three-bedroom floor plans. They also offer a host of amenities including a full kitchen, central air, natural-gas forced air heat, washer/dryer hookups, high-speed Internet access, a security system, a private covered deck, and an incredible 680-sq. ft. two-car garage!

Village Cottages are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom styles. These outstanding accommodations feature spacious decks; sunlit atriums; natural-gas, forced-air heating and central air conditioning; washer and dryer hookups; cable TV hookups; high-speed Internet access; a security system; and a complete kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal.

The Village View Cottages, located on the southeast section of campus, offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Inside, they're spacious and bright, and feature large windows that maximize the views. The two-bedroom model offers 1,519 square feet of living space, while the three-bedroom model offers 1,734 square feet. Both styles feature a large living room, a dining room, a complete kitchen, two baths, a walk-in closet, a garage, a covered entry, and a private covered deck.

Our Quail Point Fairway Cottages surround the lush 75-acre Quail Point Golf Course here on campus. These apartments, which are available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom styles, offer all of the same comforts as the Village Cottages. Residents may also rent a golf cart garage for a small additional fee.
