Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth Expands Again;
Will Build New River Tower

(Fort Worth, Texas) April 8, 2008 – Trinity Terrace, an accredited, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Fort Worth, Texas, is pleased to announce that it will add another residential high-rise to its campus, the brand-new River Tower. Like its sold-out City Tower, which is currently under construction, the River Tower will have the largest senior living residences in Fort Worth—up to 2,600 square feet, with spacious decks and spectacular views. Home styles include Penthouses, Apartment Homes, and the first-ever Brownstone-Style Patio Homes offering secured underground parking.

The River Tower is being developed by Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a national not-for-profit leader in the senior living industry for which Trinity Terrace is an affiliate. Architecture is by Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects based in Portland, Oregon.
