Trinity Terrace Appoints New Executive Administrator

Lee Patterson(Fort Worth, Texas) – June 20, 2008 – Trinity Terrace, an accredited, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, and an affiliate of the national not-for-profit, Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), is pleased to announce that it has appointed Lee Patterson to the position of Executive Administrator. Mr. Patterson is replacing Brian Young, who has returned to Eugene, Oregon, to serve as the new Executive Administrator of Cascade Manor, another CCRC affiliate of PRS.

Mr. Patterson is a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and a graduate of PRS’s Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program. Previously he served as Home Design Manager for Trinity Terrace, assisting future City Tower residents in the designing of their new homes while he gained his state and federal licensure. Mr. Patterson earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. By the time he graduated, he was owner and manager of his first Fast Frame, an interior design retail store where he assisted designers on the selection and installation of art. He went on to build, own, and manage two more stores.

“When my grandmother was looking for a residence, it made me aware that someday my parents would have that need too,” says Mr. Patterson. “It was then that I decided to get very much involved in that decision, and in the Long-Term Care industry, as well. I wanted to prepare myself to serve my family.”

Mr. Patterson joins Trinity Terrace at an exciting time. The 16-story City Tower is under construction and already sold out, and the addition of a third tower, the new River Tower, has just been announced. Trinity Terrace is Tarrant County’s only accredited CCRC, and it has been ranked one of the top senior health care providers in Texas by a popular consumer magazine.

Trinity Terrace is located at 1600 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102. For more information about Trinity Terrace, please call 817-338-2423 or 800-841-0561 or visit www.retirement.org/trinity.
