PRS APPOINTS JAMES MUNN EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
FOR NEW MIRABELLA SEATTLE

(Medford, Oregon) October 26, 2007 – Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a nationally recognized U.S. developer and manager of retirement communities, announced today that it has appointed James Munn to be Executive Administrator of the new Mirabella Seattle, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that is under construction now in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. A Seattle native and a long-time Huskies fan, James is currently the Executive Administrator of Cascade Manor, another CCRC by PRS located in Eugene, Oregon. Starting in January 2008, he’ll work concurrently for Cascade Manor and Mirabella Seattle, participating in Mirabella Charter Member committee and advisory meetings, hiring staff, etc. He’ll continue to serve Cascade Manor until a new executive administrator has been appointed, with the expectation of working full-time for Mirabella by June 2008.

Mirabella Seattle, which Turner Construction expects to complete by late 2008, is the flagship of PRS’s new Mirabella brand of urban high-rise CCRCs, offering unusually spacious view apartments and penthouses; an actively involved, successful aging lifestyle philosophy; multiple dining venues; world-class amenities; flexible services; and multiple levels of resident-centered health care in all private suites.

In 2002 he was promoted to Management Analyst, and in 2004 he took the helm of Cascade Manor. While there, he has overseen a $21 million expansion and renovation and managed the moving of all families into their new homes. These are key experiences we can draw upon as we move forward with Mirabella Seattle.”
James, an avid sportsman, shares his success and his love of the outdoors with wife Melissa and son Cameron. He is a graduate of Southern Oregon University, with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Multimedia.
