The Future Residency Program at Trinity Terrace is unique because it allows you to enjoy many of the same benefits residents do—even before you move in. That’s right! As a member of the Future Residency Program (FRP) you are invited to enjoy a free meal each month—you can even bring guests along with you.

As an FRP member, you’re automatically invited to participate in on-campus activities such as educational lectures by visiting speakers, music and dance programs put on by local entertainers, and a variety of recreational activities.

One of the most important benefits of being enrolled in the Future Residency Program is that you receive priority admission to the Health Care Center. That means that even if you’re not yet a resident, and you need to recuperate from surgery or an accident, you’ll be able to recover in the comfort and security of Trinity Terrace’s own Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing Center.

Another benefit is that you know you’ll get your choice of apartment when it becomes available. This is especially important if you’d like to move into the brand-new City Tower. By joining the Future Residency Program, you’ll have first chance to reserve your beautiful new apartment.
