“Cascade Manor is truly blossoming, both on campus and in our community involvement,” says Executive Administrator James Munn. “From the newly renovated Solarium and the peaceful Rooftop Garden, to our Health Care Center expansion — which changed the Center into a warm and cozy yet state-of-the-art environment — Cascade Manor has undergone a complete transformation. Our residents say they love the results of this year’s growth! With the support and the patience of residents, staff, Board members, and PRS, Cascade Manor’s beautifully renovated campus is thriving in so many wonderful ways.”

Over the past year, residents and staff have organized various volunteer activities, ranging from assisting local families in need to participating in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Cascade Manor also began partnering with local public radio and members of the Lane County Historical Society for an oral history project that involves local schools. The project’s goals are to preserve residents’ unique and dynamic stories and to capture the history of the local area.

“We are so thankful for PRS’s support, which enables us to focus our energy on innovative new projects and community enrichment,” says James. “PRS provides consistent support in countless ways, including Construction Management, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Dining Services, Purchasing, Health Services, and Media. This allows the staff at Cascade Manor to concentrate on delivering superior service to residents. I’m honored to be a part of such a dedicated team. We all work together to enrich the lives of residents at Cascade Manor each and every day.”
