Mirabella Seattle, like all Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), has an Entrance Fee component and a Monthly Fee component. The Entrance Fee and the Monthly Fee function together to provide for Continuing Care in the apartment of your choice or—if the need arises—in an Assisted Living apartment, a private Memory Care suite, or a private Skilled Nursing suite.
Our Entrance Fee is 85% returnable, which allows you to live the Mirabella lifestyle and still leave a legacy to your heirs. The amount of your Entrance Fee will depend primarily on the size and location of the apartment that you select. Larger apartments will carry higher Entrance Fees than smaller apartments.
Our Monthly Fees are designed to cover most daily living expenses including: your choice of meal plan; 10 complimentary room service deliveries per year; scheduled transportation to medical and dental appointments; 24-hour security; concierge services; all utilities; flat-linen service; housekeeping every other week; general maintenance and groundskeeping services; valet parking; and complimentary maintenance during move-in.
