Mirabella Seattle welcomes Kerry Cullen, our new Resident Services Director

June 26, 2014

At Mirabella, resident services are a top priority, and Kerry Cullen knows the business well. She says, “My job is to make 450+ residents happy every day.” Kerry wears many different hats at Mirabella, but her priority is to be the point person or liaison between residents and Mirabella. “If there’s something that needs fixing, or someone who needs some extra help, I can get it done,” says Kerry. “It’s so satisfying to be able to assist people with whatever they need.”

Part of Kerry’s job is to oversee community-shared spaces, including the concierge desk and the busy salon. “I coordinate with resident committees, like the lifelong learning committee, and help other departments with events. I organize things like health fairs and manage the community calendar and meeting spaces. And in the future, I look forward to working more closely with the Marketing Department and helping with move-in and move-out services.”

Kerry has been with Mirabella since 2011. As a recipient of the Mirabella Foundation Scholarship Program, Kerry pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, and was recently promoted to her current role. “I really like my new role. I do a lot of different things and enjoy the variety very much. People are in and out of my office all day, and there’s always something happening.”
