AOL/COMPUSERVE USERS
There have been reports from users of AOL and Compuserve regarding technical issues when using the WebAccess page. We have found that taking the following steps will take care of the problem:
- Connect to AOL or Compuserve as you would normally do.
- Minimize the AOL or Compuserve window by clicking on the "-" in the upper right side of the window.

 Open Internet Explorer from your desktop (the big blue "E") or by clicking on your START button, choosing PROGRAMS then INTERNET EXPLORER.
- In the "Address" bar of Internet Explorer type www.retirement.org then click "Go" or press the enter key on your keyboard. Under PRS Services, use the drop-down menu and click on "Employee Mailroom." Click on the Dial-up Mailroom link to access the GroupWise e-mail system.

Modem Pool Mailroom
This link should be used when connected to the PRS Modem Pool.
High-Speed Internet Access Mailroom
This link should be used when connecting to the Internet via a high-speed internet connection such as those in hotels and Charter connections from home.
Dial-Up Mailroom
This link should be used when connecting to the Internet via home dial-up connections such as local Internet Service Providers, AOL, Compuserve, etc.
