Classes

No matter how you like to engage in exercise, you’ll find what you’re looking for at our Aquatic and Wellness Center. Our trained instructors offer a wide variety of both land- and water-based classes for all fitness levels.

People who enjoy exercising in the water will appreciate the many classes offered in our two beautiful indoor pools. Our Lap Pool is where we hold aquacise and deep-water aquacise classes, both of which are very popular. We also hold aquacise classes in our warm water Therapy Pool, as well as Arthritis Foundation aqua-exercise and our water-based Qigong classes.

Land-based fitness classes include cardio toning, movin’ to music, yoga, balance, stretch, core strengthening, and many others.
