Capitol Lakes retirement community (formerly Meriter Retirement) is now part of the nationally acclaimed Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) family of affiliates. Pacific Retirement Services, along with a Board of Directors, establishes policies to maintain the mission of Capitol Lakes.
PRS, a not-for-profit organization located in Medford, Oregon, is a nationally recognized leader in the senior-living sector. The PRS family of organizations includes several affiliated Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), non-affiliated retirement communities, affordable senior housing centers, a community services division, and charitable foundations that benefit residents of PRS communities.
PRS’ affiliated CCRCs include the nationally known Mirabella line, which are located in Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon, and Foster City, California. Other affiliates include Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, Texas; Holladay Park Plaza in Portland, Oregon; Cascade Manor in Eugene, Oregon; University Retirement Community in Davis, California; and the award-winning Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, Oregon, which is considered one of the top retirement communities in the nation.
