One of the many benefits of living at Holladay Park Plaza is the Resident Assistance Trust Fund. Established in 1971, this Fund provides financial support to ensure that no one will ever have to leave the Plaza just because they may have outlived their financial resources. It also assures the other Plaza residents that they do not have to subsidize those who require support. During the lifetime of the Fund, many residents have been assisted. All information is kept strictly confidential to protect the dignity of each resident in need.
The Fund now stands at just under $2 million. Plaza residents have generously donated the majority of the assets in the Fund.
Gifts can be made in several ways, such as cash gifts, charitable gift annuities, securities, real estate, bequests in wills or trusts, life insurance, memorial gifts, and living memorials honoring someone now living. All donations are tax deductible.
