Residential Care
Our Residential Care program allows residents to maintain their independence within a private apartment while receiving assistance with the activities of daily living. This program provides an all-important link between fully independent living and nursing care, and enables residents to continue enjoying personal, social, and recreational activities. Available services include assistance with dressing, bathing, and mobility; medication management and supervision; weekly housekeeping and linen service; safety checks; nutritional guidance; and social services. New residents can move directly into a Residential Care apartment.*
Health Care Center
Our on-campus Health Care Center is designed to enhance the quality of life for residents who are temporarily or permanently unable to live without assistance. Guided by physician's orders, the highly trained staff develops a Plan of Care tailored to individual needs and reviews the plan frequently. Within the Medicare-certified Center, residents have access to short- or long-term Skilled Nursing Care; routine health screenings; laboratory and pharmacy services; and more specialized services including speech, physical, occupational, or rehabilitative therapy. New residents can move directly into the Health Care Center.*
Intermediate and Skilled Care
Our Health Care Center also offers skilled and intermediate care for residents who need such services, including those with memory-impairing conditions. Both private and semi-private rooms are available in an intimate, secure, home-like setting. All of our friendly and caring staff members have special training in dementia care. Residents enjoy delicious meals and a full activity program, including horticultural therapy in our private garden.
In-Home Care
Our In-Home Care program provides both short-term care for individuals recovering from illness or injury, and long-term care for individuals needing more extensive services. These services are available in the resident's own apartment and include companionship, light cleaning, arranged transportation, laundry, personal care, bathing, and respite care.
