Medical Records Coordinator - Full-time
URC iss looking for a full time Medical Records coordinator for our 37-bed Healthcare Center. Incumbent is responsible for Medical Records, Central Supply, Billing and Quality Assurance. Must have 2-3 years experience working in medical records in a skilled nursing facility, ICD-9 coding, basic knowledge of Medicare and insurance. Supervisory experience and knowledge of WinCare beneficial. Administrative Exempt Benefits available.

Nutritional Services Supervisor
Full-time Days and Weekends
Needs to be a dynamic team player and working nutritional services supervisor to supervise 10 staff. Must have working knowledge of therapeutic diets, Title 22 and sanitation regulations and oversee trayline procedures. Must display effective communication with residents and staff. Prefer a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition or 5 years exp in long term care setting. This position is exempt and paid benefits will cover medical, dental, vision and life insurance; 403(b) and supplemental coverage is also available.
