Responsibilities include: Receives and answers phone calls about the community from the public and refers questions to administrative staff as appropriate. Registers visitors upon arrival. Provides services of los and found to residents. Provides registered and insured mail assistances, Federal Express mail and packages and U.S. Mail to residents. Distributes in-hours mail to resident’s in-house mail boxes. Makes Dining Room reservations for residents and guests. Assists with sign up for events and transportation. Serves meals, foods and beverages in the dining room in accordance with the sequence of service guidelines.
