University Retirement Community is Yolo County’s only fully accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As a CCRC, we offer a variety of programs, services, and amenities that have been designed to help you stay as happy and actively engaged in life as possible.
Our campus offers spacious residential-living accommodations in several styles: main building apartments, garden apartments, and spacious cottages. In addition, we offer a full range of on-site health care options so you’ll know your future is well taken care of even if your needs change over time: assisted living, skilled nursing care, and special care.
Our Continuing Care package is so successful that we are currently adding a brand-new North Wing Expansion that will bring even more wonderful amenities, accommodations, and services to campus.
