Health Care
As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), URC offers several levels of health care on campus, including:
Residential Living - Residential Living apartments and cottages are designed for individuals who do not need personal assistance.
Assisted Living – Our Assisted Living program provides residents help with the activities of daily living.
Special Care –Special Care is designed for residents with Alzheimer's and other types of memory impairment.
Skilled Nursing Care - Short- and long-term Skilled Nursing Care is offered on-campus in our Medicare certified Health Care Center.
Care Giving – Our unique Care Giving Program provides short-term care and transitional care for individuals recovering from illness or injury.
Our health care services are offered two ways:
1. As part of URC's CCRC Entrance Fee program. Residents who move to URC through this program, receive many incredible benefits.
