A Brand-New Wellness Center and More Apartment Homes

At University Retirement Community, our goal is to enhance residents’ lives through innovative services and care. Now that our expansion is complete, we are able to offer residents world-class services that rival any luxury spa!

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art Wellness Center provides residents with even more ways to enhance their personal fitness and overall good health. The beautifully designed space features a large Indoor Lap Pool, a Therapy Pool, and a Spa. It also offers resort-style amenities including Steam Rooms, a Sauna, and Massage Therapy Rooms.

The Wellness Center also has a new Fitness Room with exercise equipment specially designed for seniors and a large classroom where many different types of exercise classes are held.

In addition, the expansion added spacious, beautifully appointed Residential Living Apartments in one-, two-, and two-bedroom-plus-den styles. Some of these apartments offer more than 1,700 square feet of living space. They feature complete kitchens with ranges, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. They also feature wall-to-wall carpeting, tile, hardwood, granite countertops, spacious balconies and patios, your choice of window coverings, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, an emergency call system, cable television service, and high-speed Internet connection. There is also garage parking available.

We’ve also added Assisted Living Apartments that are incredibly roomy. They are available in one- and two-bedroom styles, some with more than 1,300 square feet. All of these apartments offer complete kitchens with ranges, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and washer/dryer hookups.
