University Retirement Community's residential living apartments set the standard for distinctive retirement living. Apartments are available in a variety of floor plans and range in size from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus bonus room. Our spacious Assisted Living apartments are available in both one- and two-bedroom styles, and offer plenty of room for your personal possessions.

No matter which type of accommodation suits your needs, you can customize your new home's interior with your choice of paint, wall-to-wall carpeting, and vinyl flooring. All apartments offer window treatments; individual heating and air-conditioning controls; a smoke-detection system; an emergency alert system; expanded basic cable TV service; and a complete kitchen with range, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Most units also have balconies, washer/dryer hookups, and dishwashers. High-speed Internet access is available for an additional charge.

Garden Apartments and Cottages
Our cottages and garden apartments feature spacious patios or decks; wall-to-wall carpeting; vinyl flooring; window treatments; individual heating and air-conditioning controls; washer/dryer hookups; a smoke-detection system; an emergency alert system; and a complete kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and garbage disposal. High-speed Internet access is available for an additional charge.

All garden apartments feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living and dining rooms, and beautiful wood built-ins that can be used as an entertainment center or game cabinet. The cottages are available in two- and three-bedroom models. With high ceilings, optional gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and private garages, the cottages are a wonderful place to call "home."
