CVN is a non-profit organization that sponsors two major programs, the Foster Grandparent Program, and the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Additional programs under the RSVP banner: the Call-A-Ride medical transportation program; Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Program (SHIBA); Respite Care; Age Wise Age Well peer counseling; and the Jackson County Courthouse Information Booth.

Foster Grandparent Program
The Foster Grandparent Program of Southern Oregon was founded in 1975. It is a part of the federal agency Corporation for National and Community Service and is sponsored locally by Pacific Retirement Services.
Retired and Senior Volunteer Program
Community Volunteer Network Services sponsors an arm of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). This nationwide volunteer program provides a variety of opportunities for the retired and senior population to fully participate in the life of their community through significant volunteer service.
