In addition to Independent Living accommodations for residents who don't need assistance of any type, Cascade Manor's unique continuum of care offers Residential Living accommodations and services and nursing care in the on-site Health Care Center. A complete Wellness Program is available to all residents.

Residential Living
Residential Living at Cascade Manor is designed to help residents who need extra assistance to maintain independence. Caregivers are available to help residents with activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, medication management, and mobility. Services include three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, laundry services, medication supervision, and social and recreational activities. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in regularly scheduled health screening clinics. Cascade Manor's Residential Living program offers additional services for residents requiring higher levels of care (for an additional fee).

Nursing Care
Cascade Manor has an on-campus Health Care Center offering both short- and long-term nursing care. Residents of the Health Care Center are provided with accommodations, nursing care as needed, a full activities program, and three meals a day.

Wellness Program
Cascade Manor's Fitness Center offers an array of facilities, services, and programs that support all aspects of a "wellness lifestyle." The Fitness Center is equipped with a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, an elliptical cross trainer, strength training equipment specially designed for seniors, and an exercise area where you can take low-impact aerobics, stretch and tone, or other classes as offered. You can swim laps or take aqua-aerobics classes in our indoor Swimming Pool. Information is made available to residents relating to nutrition, stress management, overall wellness, and other health-related issues. At Cascade Manor, you'll find everything you need to keep yourself feeling fit and fabulous!
