Benefits Package

Insurance: Medical, dental, vision care, and life insurance coverage is available for employees and their dependents. Employees qualify for insurance benefits once they have completed their trial service period and are working a regular shift of at least 30 hours per week.

Colonial Insurance accident, disability, cancer, and intensive care plans are also available through payroll deduction.

Flexible Spending Account: A program that allows employees to divert money on a pretax basis into an account to help pay for medical and dental expenses, dependent care expenses, and employee insurance premiums that employees would normally have to buy with aftertax dollars.

403(b): The employee has the choice of investing their funds into a 403(b) program on a pretax basis. After one year of employment, the employee will be vested at 100% and URC will match their funds upto 4%.

Employees Assistance Program: A comprehensive counseling program for the employee and immediate family members on issues such as family concerns; career changes; life crises, related to death, divorce, illness and other major events; alcohol and drug problems, finalncial; parenting and child care issues.

Retirement Options:

Paid Holidays: URC offers all employees who successfully complete their trial service period six paid holidays per year. One additional holiday is provided to full-time and part-time employees who have completed one year of continuous active services.
