Management Trainee Program

The trainee will be exposed to all aspects of the organization to gain necessary skills in preparation of a management position at PRS or its affiliates. In addition to the Management Trainee program, the trainee is obligated to successfully complete the Administrator in Training Program (BENHA requires 960 hours, PRS requires 1000 hours) and obtain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.

The program generally takes nine months to one year. During normal business hours, a trainee will perform daily operations and tasks as assigned. It is the responsibility of the trainee to prepare and educate themselves on the State and Federal regulations for operating a Skilled Nursing Facility as it relates to Nursing Home Administration.
