Our Privacy Policies
Personal Health Information Privacy
The HIPAA Privacy Rule
requires healthcare providers to develop and distribute a notice that provides a clear, user-friendly explanation of individual rights with respect to their personal health information, often referred to as PHI, and the privacy practices of the healthcare provider.
Understanding how your PHI is used by healthcare providers helps you to ensure its accuracy and better understand who, what, when, where, and why others may access it to make informed decisions. Please review our Notice of Privacy Practices
If you have questions, would like to report a concern, or wish to request additional information, please contact Our Corporate Compliance Helpline at www.ethicspoint.com
or 1-800-571-4738 at any time.
PRS occasionally engages with third-party research companies to conduct surveys requesting feedback about our services and amenities. Should you respond to any surveys sent by PRS or its affiliated or managed organizations, we strongly advise you to avoid any mention of personal health information for reasons of safety and privacy. We in no way disclose any PHI to this type of research company.
Internet Review Sites
If you post a review of your experience with PRS or any of our affiliated or managed communities on any third-party websites (examples: Yelp.com, Caring.com), we strongly advise you to avoid any mention of personal health information for reasons of safety and privacy. The information shared on third-party review websites is usually visible to the public and is not covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

We request that all content (comments, pictures, video, etc.) be of a courteous and respectful nature. Content that could be interpreted as profane, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, inappropriate, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable is not accepted and may be deleted by us or flagged for requested deletion by the site’s third-party owners.
Please be advised that postings on PRS-moderated sites will be publicly available on the Internet and therefore publicly accessible without limitation or protection of any kind.
Staff may feature residents and employees on PRS-moderated sites, such as through photographs, videos, or written posts, with permission from the subjects or the subjects’ legal guardians. We avoid sharing content that is unflattering to the subjects or considered private healthcare information, such as last name, address, or healthcare status. We may occasionally share publicly available news articles that happen to include PHI.
